Adam’s life has revolved around three areas of communication: Marketing, De-escalation, & Meeting Strangers. 


Since the mid '90s, Adam has worked in graphic design, printing, vinyl graphics for vehicles & signs, photography, websites and social media. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (both PC and Mac OS), he is also fluent in content management systems like Joomla and WordPress.

During his 3 years as a marketing manager for a real estate firm, he earned the Digital Marketing Professional certification from Digital Marketing Institute & American Marketing Association. He also was a project manager for a HGTV style "Haring Home Show" for 2 seasons on Youtube.

His 3rd book, “7 Days to get your Marketing reCharged!” helps new or experienced sales agents rebrand themselves in a week. 


Since 2016, Adam has drawn on his 12+ years as a hostage negotiator team member and instructs new SRO’s on using de-escalation skills during a crisis during the two annual Ohio School Resource Officers Association Basic Training weeks. Adam also wrote & presented the online training course "Conflict De-Escalation For K-12 Schools" produced by the Ohio School Safety Center. Adam served 10 years as a School Resource Officer with over 2000 K-12 students each year.


From patrolling the city streets, to experiencing multiple business networking events and years of picking up passengers through his rideshare side hustle, Adam has refined a 7 step process to engage a complete stranger in great conversation in 7 minutes. This D.I.A.L.O.G.U.E. process teaches the introvert how to remove the fear from the unknown and create magical moments within a short period of time at both personal meetings and business functions.


For the last decade, Adam has filled in for vacationing ministers as a guest preacher inspiring and transforming lives

He volunteered on the Board of Directors (marketing guy) for the Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society (, location for the prison in Shawshank Redemption (1994), from 1996-2001. He also was an extra in Air Force One (1997), filmed at the same prison.

Adam is a member of the National Speakers Association, Ohio Chapter ( 

Father of 4, married to his high school sweetheart since 1991. 

Currently serves as the Council President in his hometown of Lexington, Ohio.
